Another great film staring adam sandler in which he plays mr deeds who inherits 40 billion dollars.. In which a female reporter goes under cover to expose him and with people taking every opportunity to get their hands on his money... Such a great film to watch that is so easy to follow thanks to the easy plot... Brill acting and yet another great film with adam sandler in..

Based on the short story 'Opera Hat' by Clarence Budington Kelland.


Synopsis : An updating of the 1936 Frank Capra classic 'Mr Deeds Goes to Town'. Adam Sandler takes on the Gary Cooper role of smalltown poet and pizzeria owner, Longfellow Deeds, who inherits dollars40 billion from his uncle and sets off for New York to take over his new business empire, bringing his smalltown values with him. Television reporter Babe Bennett (Winona Ryder) poses as an innocent smalltown girl in order to dig up any dirt on him, but, despite her best efforts, finds him to be nothing other than a gentleman, and even falls for him.
