Synopsis : An attempted invasion of America by the Russians is spearheaded by a paratrooper unit landing in Colorado. The local students head for the mountains, and from there wage guerilla war on the Soviet invaders. Director John Milius had previously offered a rather less heroic version of war with his script for 'Apocalypse Now'.
