Based on the novel by Irwin Shaw.


Synopsis : All 21 episodes of the 1970s mini-series sequel based on Irwin Shaw's best-selling novel. Tom is now dead and Rudy (Peter Strauss) has been left to care for Tom's son Wesley (Gregg Henry), while struggling to further his political career and deal with the problems of his step-son, Billy (James Carroll Jordan). Meanwhile, the irascible Falconetti (William Smith), who was responsible for Tom's death, has been released from prison and is seeking revenge on the senator and his family.
